Services include family health, women’s health, diabetes management, minor procedures and an on-site pharmacy that also offers a walk-up window and delivery services.
PrimaryPlus-Flemingsburg is actively involved with our trademarked WeCare® program utilizing a team of medical providers, case managers, Certified Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists, Dietitians and more to give a TEAM approach to chronic disease management.
PrimaryPlus accepts most insurance, Medicare, all Kentucky Medicaid plans, OH Medicaid (CareSource & Molina) and offers a sliding fee scale for those that have NO insurance and/or are underinsured.
