PrimaryPlus offers a Medication Assistance Program that covers co-pays for qualifying prescriptions. The program is income-based and available to eligible PrimaryPlus patients who use a PrimaryPlus pharmacy.
This program is another way PrimaryPlus works to make healthcare more accessible, affordable and convenient for the communities we serve.
To qualify for the Medication Assistance Program:
- You must be a PrimaryPlus patient.
- You must use a PrimaryPlus pharmacy.
- You need to have and maintain prescription insurance coverage.
- You must meet income guidelines.
- You must complete the sliding scale fee application.
- You must provide proof of income annually.

Eligible prescriptions must meet the following requirements:
- Prescriptions must be filled at a PrimaryPlus pharmacy.
- The prescription must be covered by your insurance.
