Our infusion services are located within the PrimaryPlus-Grayson and PrimaryPlus-Maysville locations. We believe in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for all our patients while administering infusion services. Whether you require IV medications, hydration therapy, or other infusion treatments, our team of skilled nursing professionals are dedicated to ensuring your safety and well-being throughout the process. - PrimaryPlus Infusion Center offers IV administration of the following:
hydration fluids, bone modifying agents, iron replacement, antilipemic (siRNA) agents, immunosuppressant agents, single-dose antibiotics, Interleukin-S agents, and many more. - This means our patients have local access to IV medications for many health conditions, including but not limited to: Dehydration—Osteoporosis—Hyperlipidemia--Asthma
Psoriasis—Anemia--Rheumatoid Arthritis--Crohn’s--Single dose antibiotics
CT Scan
PrimaryPlus believes in removing barriers to care for our patients. One of the most common statements that we often heard from patients was that they were not willing to have a CT Scan done because of the cost. So, our PrimaryPlus team went to work to try to reduce that barrier and in 2023 added an affordable CT machine to our Denham Medical Clinic in Maysville, KY.
At PrimaryPlus, we understand the importance of affordable healthcare without compromising on quality. Our facility is equipped to provide high quality CT scans at a fraction of the cost, making it accessible to our patients. The cash price for a CT Scan at PrimaryPlus is $499 and this service is also eligible for our sliding fee scale discount, upon application approval. Our CT team of knowledgeable dedicated to ensuring accurate results and providing exceptional care throughout your visit. Mobile Health Unit
We are excited to Introduce our NEW PrimaryPlus Mobile Units to our service region. Our mobile units will be serving a mission to bring essential healthcare services right to our community's doorstep—coming the FALL OF 2024! Our dedicated team of medical professionals are in the process of planning schedules to increase services, health education screenings and access for all ages. Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming mobile health unit schedule, which will provide online scheduling opportunities.
Transportation Services-We are excited to announce that PrimaryPlus will be expanding our fleet to offer some transportation options for our valued clients—this will be limited availability in the beginning to allow us time to work through logistics of this services. Our goal is to make accessing quality healthcare even easier for you by providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our facilities and/or referral locations. Our trademarked LEAP®- Wellness program centers its focus on helping other business and industry keep their employees healthy. Both our Wellness and Occupational Medicine components are very customizable to meet each company’s needs. We offer an ala carte service list to help employers expand the program including the option for more extensive bloodwork, educational seminars, aggregate reporting and more. LEAP® Wellness: LEAP® stands for Lifestyle Enhancement Activity Program. Through an evaluation of blood work, biometrics and consultation the LEAP® team is able to start employees on a path to good health. We believe in education and encouraging through small goals.
LEAP®-Wellness believes that you start by making minor lifestyle changes/attainable goals and gradually build on those to accomplish GREAT GOALS! The program also offers great suggestions to incentivize the program.

Kentucky Title X Services
Title X Family Planning services are available to patients at all our Kentucky locations. Confidential family planning services for women, men, and teens include – birth control, pregnancy testing, STD testing, health education and counseling, basic infertility services, pelvic exams, and other needed services. These services can be of no cost to those that qualify patients. Please contact our Title X Coordinator with any question you may have about this service.
Kentucky Women’s Cancer Screening Program
PrimaryPlus is a proud partner of the Kentucky Women's Cancer Screening Program which is a federally funded public health program providing free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to eligible women in Kentucky. Services like mammograms and Pap tests are offered at no cost to qualifying patients in any of our Kentucky locations.
Screening Eligibility Requirements
- Women ages 21 and older
- Household income at or less than 250 percent of the federal poverty level
- No health insurance including Medicaid and Medicare Part B
Certified Community Health Workers (CCHW)
PrimaryPlus is proud to have Community Health Workers as part of our team to help CONNECT, EMPOWER and EDUCATE our patients and communities. A Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW) is a person who is a well-trained, trusted member of the community that can serve as a liaison between our patients, clinical staff and social services. Community Health Workers are here to help--they are a resource for our employee team and the patients! Our CCHWs are dedicated to helping remove barriers to care or basic needs. They can assist with social needs such as food, shelter, transportation access, insurance, etc. OR their scope can extend to include health education and support.

Mental Health First Aid Training: Knowlege Makes A Difference
Mental Health First Aid: Be prepared to support those around you by getting certified in Mental Health First Aid. Mental Health First Aid teaches the skills needed to recognize and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges, as well as how to provide someone with initial support until they are connected with appropriate professional help. In the course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies to help someone in both crisis and noncrisis situations, and where to turn for help.
Mental Health First Aid is a one day course that can be offered in-person or via Zoom.

- MHFA for Youth
- MHFA for First Responders & Public Safety
Up to 6 CEU’s available
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training is the gold-standard, 2-day interactive skills based workshop that prepares participants to provide suicide first-aid using a unique 6-task model. Because of its intentional design, it is only available in-person.
LivingWorks ASIST provides a suicide specific intervention model for anyone who wants to learn life-saving skills. It can also be incorporated to formal, professional roles.
LivingWorks Assist participants will be better able to:
- Provide a suicide first-aid intervention with increased willingness, confidence, and capacity,
- Develop a safety plan to keep a person thinking about suicide safe-for-now,
- Apply a safety framework to guide the collaborative development of this plan
Up to 15 CEU’s available.
Thanks to our community partners, scholarships are offered to cover either the full cost or a portion of each course in select locations, as long as grant funding is available.
