Each of our family health locations offer compassionate providers, convenient hours (many offering extended hours) and affordable pricing. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, PrimaryPlus wants to ensure care is accessible and affordable. We accept most insurance plans, Medicare, all Kentucky Medicaid plans, OH Medicaid (CareSource & Molina) and offer a sliding fee scale that can provide up to a 75% discount on most services upon application approval.

Many of our medical providers and nurses are parents themselves so they know and understand the concerns and questions that parents face—we are there with you through the many steps of parenthood and love having a hand in watching your child grow! Our service list for adults is very comprehensive within our PrimaryPlus locations offering everything from preventative services to care for the common cold to more chronic conditions like diabetes, blood pressure, COPD, etc. Most of our sites house radiology services, on-site pharmacies, provide extended hours and offer collaborating services with area specialist to make it a one-stop shop with faces that you know and trust.
