PrimaryPlus is in the process of responding to an IT security incident that occurred on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 involving potential unauthorized access to a portion of our IT environment by an unknown third party. Please know the security and protection of our data is our highest priority, and we are expeditiously working with outside industry experts (digital forensics and incident response) to address this matter in accordance with industry best practices.
While these types of situations have become all-too-common worldwide, our team recognizes the significance of this event and have quickly taken the appropriate steps to address it. We are currently deploying advanced monitoring and threat detection across our network, as well as implementing additional security measures to protect our systems and data.
At this time, we have no knowledge that anyone’s personal or confidential information has been misused as a result of this incident. With that said, the investigation remains ongoing, and we will notify individuals should the findings of the investigation indicate any of their personal information has been exposed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process and do apologize for the delays and inconveniences this has caused. On the positive side, we are seeing PROGRESS to get all sites back up and running very soon!!! We are very proud of our PrimaryPlus team members for their teamwork and flexibility while navigating this process.
