With its hometown touch and its friendly, hometown staff, our Tollesboro team stands proud on PrimaryPlus’ quality, advanced, affordable healthcare mission. Services include family health, x-ray and pharmacy services.
PrimaryPlus is proud to offer our trademarked WeCare® program at this facility utilizing a team of Medical Providers, Case Managers, Certified Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists, Dietitians and more to give a TEAM approach to chronic disease management.
