South Shore

It is our goal to continue to spread the PrimaryPlus mission of quality, advanced, affordable healthcare across new boundaries and into new communities. In the fall of 2011, we did just that when we opened our South Shore facility providing family healthcare to citizens of Greenup and Southern Ohio Counties including cities like Portsmouth, McDermott, Friendship, New Boston, Wheelersburg and beyond. In 2016, we expanded with a larger building and added services including pediatrics and an on-site pharmacy!  Conveniently located near the Ohio River, PrimaryPlus-South Shore is easily accessible and is filled with a medical team who embrace their community. Services include family health, pediatrics, x-ray services, minor procedures, counseling, dietitian services, diabetes management and an on-site pharmacy. Like many of our other locations PrimaryPlus-South is actively involved with our trademarked WeCare® program utilizing a team of Medical Providers, Case Managers, Certified Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists, Dietitians and more to give a TEAM approach to chronic disease management. 

PrimaryPlus-South Shore also collaborates with UK King’s Daughters to bring the mobile mammography unit on-site our location to create access to care.
