Shelly Truesdell, APRN, DC-ADM, CDCES

Shelly Truesdell, APRN, DC-ADM, CDCES has lived in the Buffalo Trace region her entire life. Shelly has served this community as a RN and Certified Diabetes Educator for many years prior to deciding to continue her education and become a nurse practitioner. In December of 2015, she graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University and in January 2016 joined our PrimaryPlus family! Shelly Truesdell offers office hours at our Flemingsburg office as well as Diabetes Management at our Grayson and South Shore offices.

Shelly and her family are strong community advocates for a better, stronger, healthier community–much like the PrimaryPlus mission. It is a joy to have Shelly Truesdell’s positive energy as part of our medical family.
