PrimaryPlus-Flemingsburg is excited to WELCOME Dr. Amanda Applegate to our 520 Elizaville Ave. location. She officially start seeing patient at PrimaryPlus-Flemingsburg on Monday, January 12th. Dr. Applegate who has been a long-time staple in this community offers internal medicine and pediatric care. All former patients of Dr. Applegate will have to complete a record transfer from her previous practice and will need to complete some additional paperwork with PrimaryPlus to get registered as a patient with our system. We ask for your patience with us as we help them to navigate a new electronic medical records system, we are excited to WELCOME them as new providers to our team, but also WELCOME you as new patients to our medical family—we promise to work hard to make this transition as seamless as possible for everyone.
