Penny Liles, PharmD

Penny S. Liles, PharmD earned her Doctor of Pharmacy in 1999 from the University of Kentucky.  Penny has been part of the PrimaryPlus family since 2002 and helped to start the first pharmacy location at the PrimaryPlus-Tollesboro location. Growing up in Lewis County, Penny knows and relates to her pharmacy customers.  She and her husband live in Vanceburg and have 1 son.
