PrimaryPlus-Grayson began in June of 2020 admist the COVID-19 pandemic and the closing of a local hosptial system. This community-centered medical office is a staple for Carter County filled with a staff that know and love this community. In the spring of 2021, PrimaryPlus-Grayson’s new 18,000 square ft. family health facilty opened its doors including the addition of a pharmacy and added services such as women’s health and mental health services. Our team of healthcare professionals are focused on sharing the PrimaryPlus mission of Quality, Advanced, Affordable Healthcare with the region.
PrimaryPlus offers a complete range of services for the entire family including family health, women’s health including obstetrics, dermatology care, counseling, nutrition services, x-ray/ultrasound, pharmacy services and an infusion center—truly a one-stop shop caring for everyone in the family. PrimaryPlus-Grayson has two medical physicians that have background in osteopathic manipulation therapy and one that offers acupuncture care. The PrimaryPlus-Grayson Pharmacy also offers on-site compounding services that can be delivered to our other pharmacy locations, if needed.
PrimaryPlus is proud to offer our trademarked WeCare® program at this facility utilizing a team of Medical Providers, Case Managers, Certified Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists, Dietitians and more to give a TEAM approach to chronic disease management.

PrimaryPlus accepts most insurance, Medicare, all Kentucky Medicaid plans, OH Medicaid (CareSource & Molina) and offers a sliding fee scale for those that have NO insurance and/or are underinsured.
