Jane received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northen Arizona University followed by her Masters in Community Nutrition from Eastern Kentucky University. Jane has more than 29 years of experience in the dietitian field.

Jane lives in the Ashland, KY area where she loves doing crafts, including scrapbooking and making cards. She also plays hand bells in her church. A fun fact about Jane, she was born in Winslow, AZ, if you ever visit the corner made famous by the Eagles you can find her name on a brick.
